technology investors. About the Role As Proscia’s Head of Real
World Data Partnerships, your responsibilities are as follows: Lead
Real World Data strategy and partnerships globally. Build out
partnerships with clinical labs for data acquisition and identify
other technology partnership opportunities. Lead Real World Data
sales to the Life Sciences segment globally (Pharma, CROs and
biotech companies). Ensure rapid revenue growth and market share
expansion of Proscia’s Real World Data business globally. Partner
closely with internal stakeholders including Product, Engineering,
Professional Services, Marketing, and Sales. Initialize and
coordinate all efforts to prioritize target accounts to maximize
the opportunity for data acquisition and sales of Proscias Real
World Data. Develop, maintain, and improve relations with all
relevant accounts to keep or to set Proscia as the preferred Real
World Data partner. Ensure continuity of the relationship and
operate at the highest level in the accounts organizations,
facilitating the executive level interfaces. Accurately complete
and maintain sales forecast, customer data, and other records in an
orderly and timely fashion in Salesforce (SFDC). Participate in
monitoring and reporting on the activities of competitors,
potential collaborators, as well as identifying business
opportunities. What are We Seeking? To be successful in this role,
you shall have: Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of proven
experience in Real World Data partnerships with Clinical and
Diagnostic organizations and sales to Life Sciences organizations.
Proven ability to secure new data and technology partnerships.
Proven ability to target key accounts for sales, while also
managing a global territory, and identifying market potential.
Experience in acquiring and selling Real World Data assets. Proven
network with senior leadership in Clinical Labs, Diagnostics,
Pharma and CROs is a certain plus. Knowledge and experience in
digital pathology (or oncology broadly), image analysis, data
management, and AI solutions is a certain plus but not a must have.
Demonstrated ability to perform against established performance
goals and metrics. Willing to undertake significant travel (minimum
50%). Willingness to independently work in a non-hierarchical
company. Ability and curiosity to learn. Fluent in business
