together.Job DescriptionThe Business Analyst II is primarily
responsible for performing review of processes, analysis of data,
completing tasks and providing subject matter expertise for
responsibilities within commercial operations that support key
Sales, Marketing and Commercial initiatives. This person will
analyze key data points and metrics to identify process
improvements. Once identified, analyst will recommend solutions,
draft business requirements, and participate in implementation.
This role will provide support to improve operational efficiency,
consistency, and compliance in support of the organizations
objectives. The Analyst II will act as a resource point for other
members of the department and overall organization.Job Duties
- Exhibit proficient level of knowledge related to key processes,
policies, business initiatives, and internal resources to assist
cross functional departments in accomplishing Company goals and
objectives.
- Extract and deliver useful statistics and insight from business
data in order to drive and support operational improvements and
business strategies.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions and/or strategies
that will help the business better achieve its short and long-term
business objectives.
- Develop and research methods for measuring various areas of
business performance and compare against trends and best
practices.
- Participate in root-cause analysis to recommend process and
policy enhancements and UAT testing as needed.
- Compile adhoc and monthly departmental reporting.
- Develop and maintain key departmental documents.
- Provide back up to other department members for other functions
within Business Operations.Job RequirementsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. Degree in life sciences, technology, finance, business or
equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years Operations, Business Analysis, Process
Improvement or related experience is required.PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications (i.e. Word Excel
and Access) are essential. Working knowledge in SAP Business
Objects/Business Intelligence Reporting experience or relatable.
System Reporting experience is desired.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail critical.
- Relationship Management Skills strongly desired.
- Excellent oral and written communication as well as presenting
skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and communicate findings.
- Must be able to work independently multitask and prioritize.We
