Job DescriptionPRODUCTION FOREMANBethlehem/Allentown PAWe are looking for a full-time Production Foreman with a background in construction and heavy industrial manufacturing. Must have mechanical aptitude and be capable of dealing with production line and equipment operations to ensure the daily flow has minimal down time and performs at top efficiencies. Each day will entail assisting in verifying that production lines are primed, and equipment and tooling is in good working order and that production team remains focused on their shift objectives. Must be hands on, a team player and not intimidated by physical work when required to jump in and help. Safety is critical to our operational culture and this role requires a continued focus on employee safety and the policies and procedures which ensure safe operations environment. Must be willing to be a team player, willing to take direction and learn quickly from the Plant Manager to shift priorities, multi-task, and follow-through independently on their daily assignments.We are willing to pay for experience. • Hands On attitude and willingness to lend a hand wherever it is needed - Team Player
• 10+ years of experience and a stable job history background
• Proven track record accomplishing projects
• Background in Measurement, Precision, Intuitive, and Process driven environment
• Must be able to read Blueprints, Schematics, and work within Tolerance driven environments
• Able to balance a constantly moving production cycle with best practices for optimal business revenue realization
• Batch Process / Production Lot manufacturing background a plus
• Supervisory skills with high levels of professional and interpersonal communication skills
