*****This position is located in Gouldsboro, PA and is in a Freezer Dock Environment****** Warehouse Associate/ Order Selector Hours: 9:45am to Finish Days: Mon. - Fri. (Weekends Off!) OR 6:30 AM UNTIL FINISHED FRIDAY - MONDAY $800-$1000+ Paid Weekly Capstone Logistics is the premier provider of 3rd Party services in distribution centers across the nation.   • You will learn all aspects of unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams under supervision of site leadership
  • Maintain a safe and productive environment to exceed customer expectations
  • Handle the movement of pallets and on and off trailers and other vehicles by using manually or with site equipment to include pallet jacks or forklifts. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

    • Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
    • Lift and carry a minimum of up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
    • Handling of freight as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment
    • Calculate and communicate load pricing to drivers;collect fees and balance at end of shift
    • Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements
    • Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs Job Requirements:
      • Selecting and preparing orders for shipping to complete customer orders
      • Assemble orders in shipping containers
      • Prepare customer orders for shipping
      • Pull orders in a cold environment
      • Assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets, or convey orders to packing station or shipping department
      • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
      • Fill customer orders in the established manner
      • Assist in preparing the customer orders for delivery
      • Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, and/or convey orders to packing station or shipping department
      • Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, and convey orders to packing station or shipping department
      • Use order sheets or an audio headset
      • Pulling together orders based off of customer orders
      • Transported filled orders to and from shipping area
      • Building customer orders in a timely and accurate fashion
      • Assemble and fill orders to be shipped to customers
      • Provide a quality check on all orders for any misprints, false quantities, non-stocked items, closed carton orders, partial quantities, double orders
      • Selecting/pulling customer orders using electric pallet jack
      • Pick perishable goods in refrigerated and/or frozen rooms
      • Stack cardboard boxes and pallets
      • Completed store orders, and deliver to shipping dock
