Analyst II position is a vital cross-functional role in executing
and communicating the objectives of the Enterprise Risk Management
function, in support of the business. This role requires an agile
mindset to cover four key domains: (1) Enterprise Risk Management -
40%, (2) Business Continuity Management - 30%, (3) Crisis
Management Governance - 10%, and (4) Internal Control Management -
20%. The Risk Analyst will utilize their business background,
natural intellectual curiosity, as well as data skills to dig into
the company's processes for problem areas, improvement
opportunities and overall levels of risk in the business to enable
Senior Management to better prioritize efforts. This is a hands-on
role where you get to dig into all areas of the business to make it
better; the individual's skillset will be leveraged to identify
cross-functional dependencies and roadblocks that could prevent
achievement of strategic objectives. Under the direction of the
region's Risk Management Officer, the Risk Analyst will have a fair
amount of autonomy to handle both regional and global
responsibilities. The individual will be focused on the tactical
aspects of risk engagement, and will maintain a professional,
ongoing relationship with the business to be a trusted ally and
advisor. First and foremost, this role requires out-of-the-box
thinking, discernment to keep projects on task and a high sense of

Job Duties * Executing Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and
BCP Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) with the business throughout
the fiscal year.
* Providing Enterprise Risk Management training and facilitating
risk workshops to targeted areas of the business.
* Compiling Monte Carlo Simulation analysis to develop risk
prioritization models.
* Investigate, develop, and track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), their
alignment to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the
business on an ongoing basis.
* Compile routine risk reporting, business continuity routines and
surveillance at various levels within the organization.
* Track key controls, at the direction of the business, ensuring a
focus on risk mitigation.
* Continuously seek out benchmarking data points and opportunities
that support risk positions and assist in advisory to senior
management.
* Participate in cross-functional projects, providing line of sight
into potential risk exposures that may impact the matrixed
organization.
* Own the Internal Control Management (ICM) function, ensuring
effective interpretation of Global Rules and their translation into
the Regional Control Framework (RCF).
* Prepare and present salient, time-sensitive information to the
regional Board of Directors on all matters impacting the Regional
Control Framework (RCF).
* Continuously improve and update the Risk Management eGRC
(enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance) tool with up-to-date
risk information and files.
* Own the Risk Management and Internal Control Management Intranet,
providing updates and documentation, on as-needed basis.
* Partner with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring
visibility into risk topics with cross-functional implications.
* Support functions of the OCA Risk Committee with data, reporting
and logistical needs. Job Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: *
Bachelor's degree, with preferred concentration in Business,
Finance/Accounting, or Management Information Systems. * Minimum 3
years in a corporate setting working cross-functionally. *
Occasional off hour meetings (early morning or evening) may be
required to accommodate the time change with international
colleagues. * Travel will be required based on capacity and
strategic needs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Demonstrates
proficient analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and
written communication skills, including Public Speaking.
* Experience with enterprise Governance, Risk & Control tools (eGRC
technologies), a plus.
* Exhibits excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
with strong attention to detail and ability to analyze documents
and processes.
* Maintains ownership of responsibilities and can prioritize
tasks.
* Displays a proficiency in - and is a ready learner of - the
Microsoft 365 software platform.
* Experience with Financial terminology and/or interpreting Legal
