If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for direct marketing and a strong analytical aptitude, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Support the end-to-end management of client relationships and communications for marketing campaign planning and execution, from conceptualization to market delivery.Assist in the development and management of tactical timelines and campaign execution activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders, clients, creative resources, and production suppliers.Prepare for and actively participate in internal and external planning and status meetings.Gather, confirm, and communicate accurate campaign requirements to all relevant parties.Collaborate with design teams to develop compelling copy and creative that aligns with client branding and campaign objectives.Manage the versioning of marketing collateral and review production and creative audits for accuracy.Coordinate client reviews and secure final approvals for campaign collateral.Support invoice processing for suppliers and prepare client invoices.Assist in the reconciliation of internal and client-related documentation.Stay informed of industry trends and campaign results to recommend innovative marketing strategies and tests.
