Responsibilities
Position Summary: Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Examines pharmacy equipment and facilities for wear and
function.
- Initiates repairs and maintenance to facilities and
equipment.
- Performs on-site repairs to facilities and equipment whenever
possible.
- Procures replacement equipment as necessary.
- Researches alternate methods, equipment and cost
savings/improvements.
- Under the direction of the manager, hire outside contractors
for performing local service at the pharmacies. Supervises work of
contractors.
- Travels to CAPS pharmacies to perform or aid in the completion
of projects.
- Designs cleanrooms, equipment, and facilities.
- Initiates and manages preventative management (PM) program for
the CAPS pharmacies.
- Research and implements improvements to pharmacies.
- Manages projects related to new facilities and facility
improvements. At higher levels of this position:
- Assists other CAPS departments as needed to meet company
priorities.
- Ensures the pharmacies are in compliance with Federal and State
(Board of Pharmacy) requirements in regards to facility design and
cleanroom performance.The job function listed is not exhaustive and
shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the
Supervisor from time to time. General: It shall be the duty of

Required:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
- 02-04 years related experience required.
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Frequent business travel required, Ability to work non-standard
schedule as needed While performing the duties of this job, the
employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The
employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and
reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to
stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up
