If you are passionate about driving change and fostering a culture of creativity and idea-sharing, we encourage you to apply for this dynamic role!WHAT YOU'LL DO:As an Innovation Specialist at BerkOne, you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals and teams toward adopting innovative practices. You will lead initiatives that promote creative thinking and the development of new ideas that enhance our technical processes, transforming them into impactful projects. This role will be responsible for communicating complex, technical ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders, encouraging buy-in and collaboration. Additional responsibilities include: Facilitate workshops and training sessions to boost our organization's innovation capabilities.Assist with ideation, business case development, and project planning.Support implementation teams as needed once innovation projects are approved.Develop and maintain innovation-related procedures and documentation.Establish and track KPIs to measure the impact of the initiatives and completed projects.Stay current with industry trends and continuously evolve the innovation program.Additional duties as assigned.SCHEDULE + LOCATIONFull-time Position: Day Shift, Monday - Friday.On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office.Once trained (-4-6 months), position can move to hybrid (work from home a few days per week).Must come into the Bethlehem office and be willing to travel to other local offices as needed for workshops, meetings, etc. BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, & Vision insuranceGenerous PTO - Vacation, Sick, Personal, Holidays!401(k) Profit SharingBasic Life InsuranceTuition ReimbursementTravel AssistanceEmployee Assistance ProgramLong Term DisabilityPreparation of WillsOptional pet insuranceRequirements:The ideal candidate for this role should possess a blend of creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking, with the ability to firmly grasp our technical operational processes. The Innovation Specialist is a visionary yet practical individual who can bridge the gap between creative ideas and actionable solutions, driving meaningful change across the organization. Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology management, information systems, or a related field; andMinimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role; orEquivalent combination of education and experience.Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles with a focus on innovation.Strong understanding of innovation processes, design thinking, process improvement or optimization, and agile methodologies.Certifications in business analysis, process improvements, etc. is not required, but helpful!At BerkOne, open and honest communication is the mobilizing force that maintains the integrity of our company.
