Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and programming of CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications. You will play a key role in ensuring our production runs smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) following blueprints, CAD models, and work instructions.Write, edit, and test CNC programs to achieve desired part geometries and tolerances.Perform quality checks throughout production runs using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of setups, programs, and inspection results.Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, and perform basic maintenance tasks.Ensure a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.Qualifications:--Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or a related role.Proven ability to operate and program various CNC machines.Strong understanding of machining principles, CNC programming languages (G-code/M-code), and measurement tools.Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:----Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.Stable work environment in a growing company.--
