Job SummaryAs Head of Business and Data Insights for our
Enterprise Business & Technology Services (EBTS) Organization, you
will work side by side, often in confidence, with the CIO and Chief
of Operation and be part of his leadership team. -You will be
responsible for developing and leading the EBTS reporting
organization including visualization of metrics and real-time
dashboards; direct the development, selection and ongoing support
of system-wide reporting and analytic environments. - This newly
created role reports to the EBTS Head of Strategy and Planning and
will require a strong leader with experience in creating
organizations and transforming work methods and mindsets to create
the best experience for internal and external customers. -You AreA
self-starter with superior problem-solving, analytical,
follow-through and organizational skills and a track record for
high performance and superior delivery.Adaptable, flexible, and
able to lead/manage the organization through change.You WillWork
cross-functionally with leaders across the organization to identify
and deliver key insights that will drive client program and network
results while maintaining focus on corporate strategy and
goals.Collaborate with technology partners on the architecture,
development, standardization, and maintenance of a single,
scalable, and automated data source for key data, business
intelligence, and analytics.Serve as a communications bridge
between the CIO and Chief of Operations and the leaders reporting
into him, ensuring clarity around key deliverables and
timelines.Develop external relationships, as appropriate, to
identify and keep abreast of emerging trends and opportunities in
EBTS.Drive the execution of new data sources and techniques
leveraging solutions that support business analytical needs and
build analytics tools, dashboards and manage reporting for internal
and external client reporting.Establish key performance indicators
and metrics to ensure strategies and tactics are achieving their
desired objective and clearly communicate analytics and
recommendations to key stakeholders and influence cross-functional
partners (e.g., Business Leads, Technology, Finance, Operations,
HR) to deliver results.Translate and simplify data into true
insights that will drive business strategy, identify trends to
shape internal and external capabilities.Transform strategic
thinking into executable insights and develop strong partnerships
across the company with business and the consumer stakeholders in
mind.Engage with stakeholders and partners to provide prospective
Return on Investment (ROI) and acquire necessary data for intended
analysis; oversee all impact analyses, ROI reports, and other key
client reporting delivery.Support the data governance and data
quality initiatives across the enterprise in conjunction with the
data privacy and security team.Oversee and manage a team
accountable for prioritizing data collection and devising a
best-in-class reporting and analytics structure.You HaveRelevant
knowledge in database, data architecture, data management,
modeling, and analytics with deep understanding of dashboarding
best practices and design.Preferred experience managing analytics
delivery in insurance or financial services.Bachelor's degree
required; MBA preferred.Strong quantitative and qualitative skills;
detail-oriented with ability to see the big picture and to work
effectively at both high and detailed levels.Capacity to synthesize
complex information from disparate sources into a clear compelling
story that helps the organization commit to action.Strong people
management skills with progressive management
experience.LocationThe primary location for this position is
Holmdel, NJ with hybrid WFH flexibility. - Other locations

range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the
primary location of the position. The salary for this position
ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience,
knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition
to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or
