*Job Responsibilities: *

--- The intent of this job description is to provide a summary of the major duties and
responsibilities of this position. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

--- Responsible for handling the front office reception and administrative duties

--- Communicate with our customers with the utmost professionalism

--- Identify customer's needs and cultivate effective customer relationships via phone

--- Take inbound calls and assign to the appropriate departments within the company

--- Schedule appointments for our sales and repair teams

--- Ability to use our internal CRM system so that all information is accurate and current,
including staff calendar updates

--- Make outbound calls/emails to customers communicating project dates, times, and overall
project status

--- Ability to maintain customer satisfaction through phone calls/email and serve as a liaison
between the customer and the business

--- Resolve customer product and service problems

--- Registration of manufacturer warranties and assist in securing permits, as needed

--- Pull building permits where and when required

--- Administrative tasks, such as order entry, filing, report writing, faxing, scanning,
photocopying, meeting preparation, etc.

--- Other duties as may be necessary

*Job Requirements and Qualifications: *

--- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

--- Prior construction background preferred, but not required

--- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)

--- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel) is required

--- Familiarity with CRM (customer relationship manager) systems and practices is helpful

--- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

--- Team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a sense of humor is a
must

--- Commitment to superior customer service

--- In this position you must:

o Have a strong desire to succeed with minimal supervision

o Work under pressure with the ability to multi-task and prioritize, while not getting
frustrated

o Be detail-oriented with exceptional time management and follow-up skills

o Exhibit a strong work ethic with exceptional interpersonal skills

o Be highly self-motivated with the ability to show great initiative and resourcefulness

o Exhibit high character, be responsible, and consistent
