Sunrise System Inc. is currently looking for LMS Administrator in Center Valley, NH with one of our top clients. Job Title: LMS Administrator Job Id : 22-05596 Location : Center Valley, PA 18034 Duration: 12 months Position Type : Hourly contract Position (W2 only) NOTE : Company policy requires newly hired employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as of their start date.   • The Content Administration Specialist is responsible for the uploading and testing of SCORM, AICC and xAPI content for the LMS (Learning Management System) and related technologies to drive efficient and effective learning and help maximize employee and business performance.
  • Uploads, tests, and troubleshoots courses in the LMS in multiple languages. Also provides, participates in, and supports the evaluation and validation of learning systems, learning technologies.
  • Occasionally develop simple eLearning content under guidance using supported applications (such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, etc.) and sends content for review via Articulate Review 360
  • Partner with the Project Manager, Content & Development as required to accurately and efficiently translate both text and audio content, as well as upload and test 3rd party developed courses.
  • Work with 3rd party developed course vendors to efficiently resolve any technical or performance issues related to learning content or systems.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with business unit subject matter experts, content owners, and internal developers on content-related projects.
  • Upload, test, revise, and assign content as required in the LMS staging environment, including deployment of SCORM 1.2, AICC, and other relevant content or package types.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compatibility of content across all Client platforms and devices, including mobile
  • In collaboration with Learning Technologies management, create, implement, and update best practices/standards, work processes, style guides, templates, and controls.
  • Analyze and resolve content, process, and system issues in collaboration with rest of Learning Technologies team to ensure positive learner experience and outcomes.
  • Address service ticket issues regarding content and/or content issues within the LMS.
  • Take on other job functions and responsibilities as necessary to support the learner, the business and Learning Technologies.
  • Must possess ability to manage, create, and revise information through SharePoint, MS Teams, Excel, Articulate Storyline and/or other software tools. Advanced MS Office skills required.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or similar databases is required, with high preference for Success Factors experience.
  • Must be able to be trusted with confidential information.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to create viable solutions, innovation, and ability to execute flawlessly are essential.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems, develop content, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to focus on and complete projects in an environment with competing deadlines.
  • Must be able to quickly adapt to and master new technologies and processes.
  • Strong work process focus, and ability to create and document work processes and tools. Job Requirements:Qualifications:
    • Education*: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Instructional Technology, or related Business field or comparable, current work-related experience is highly preferred Experience*: At least 3-5 years involved in eLearning, preferably in a global environment, and/or experience with translating courses Skills: Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and technical skills required.
    • Must be able to adapt to different technologies quickly. Must be able to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues.
    • Self-motivated to seek out information. Experience with LMS required, Success factors highly preferred.
    • Experience with Articulate Suite highly desired.
    • Experience with MS Teams, SharePoint and MS Office applications required. Other Considerations (travel/hours availability, etc.): Must be able to travel - occasional national/international travel with overnight stays may be required (
