Chef Manager for Cedarbrook Fountain Hill, a
175 resident skilled care facility, located in Bethlehem,
Pennsylvania, nearby Allentown. The Chef Manager
with report to the General Manager and manage a staff of
approximately 15 hourly employees. Typical shift will be
12:00pm - 8:00pm, may vary with alternating weekend coverage.

Are you the experienced food
service manager we’re seeking?
We are looking for
candidates who will:
- assist in
oversight of daily food production (trayline service, dining
room service and some catering);
- be hands on
and cook 2-3 days a week;
deliver high quality food
achieve company and client financial
targets and goals (P&L account);
develop and maintain client and
develop strategic plans;
create a positive environment;
ensure Sodexo Standards are
has strong food production skills along with a strong background in
safety and sanitation compliance;
has two or more years prior food service management
experience, ideally with contract management;
has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate
professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level
of customer service;
can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit
flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed;
is proficient in computer skills and report management
