Job Description

  • Answer and respond professionally to telephone calls, emails, requests for quotation, and expedites while maintaining professionalism and courtesy when exposed to stressful situations.
  • Develop, maintain and improve customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Use lean principles and tools to improve processes in the entire value stream
  • Issue RGA numbers (return goods authorization) to customers, distributors
  • Initiate and monitor shipment of products to and from customers
  • Clearly identify the scope of repair through consultation with the customer and internal product support team
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations
  • Learn and apply technical knowledge of product line for quotation purposes
  • Utilize SAP to manage orders and interface with internal supporting groups for pricing and product availability
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to solve material shortages / lead-time constraints
  • Collaborate with appropriate areas to plan repair capacity requirements and to schedule and release customer orders utilizing SAP
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints (i.e.: credit returns, invoice disputes, credit memos, ) promptly and in accordance with established procedure
  • Cross trained including SAP to support other areas
  • Overtime may be required; sometimes with little advance notice
  • Occasional travel to visit customer (relationship building) and off site training
  • Perform other essential and peripheral duties as may be assigned


  • Associates degree from an accredited institution (ex. CHEA) in Business Management or related field with one-plus years of relevant work experience or high school degree with three-plus years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting internal and external customers with questions, concerns, complaints, etc
  • MS Office familiarity
  • Experience with an ERP system (ex. SAP)
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work well in a Team environment.
  • Motivated self-starter with demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move per OSHA standards up to 10 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to perform quality work without any logistical failures.
