Job Description:
Accounts Payable Specialist QUAD656 is immediately seeking an
Accounts Payable Specialist for a Trevose, PA area client. The
Accounts Payable Specialist will support the Accounting team with
full cycle AP processing. Responsibilities: The Accounts Payable
Specialist will be responsible for:* Overseeing invoice review,
processing, and payment * Cultivating and maintaining strong vendor
relationships* Maintaining accurate documentation and files*
Supporting month end processes and posting journal entries*
Performing accounting schedule reconciliation* Utilizing Expensify
to track, maintain, and reconcile credit card transactions*
Preparing reportsSkills/ Competencies:The Accounts Payable
Specialist will possess these skills:* 3+ years general accounting
or AP experience* Advanced PC and Microsoft Office proficiency *
Excellent analytical abilities* Ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment* Strong organizational skills Additional
Details:Salary:--To $22.00/hr
