Job Description:
B. Braun Medical Inc., a global leader in infusion therapy and
pain management, is seeking a proactive and experienced
Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our daily manufacturing
operations within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate
will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes
while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies. This
role is crucial in maintaining the high-quality standards expected
by our clients and dedication to innovation and excellence in
medical product development. Oversee daily operations of
manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory
standards and company policies. Lead and mentor a team of
production staff, scheduling shifts, conducting training, and
ensuring staff adherence to safety and quality standards. Monitor
production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance
productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with other departments,
such as Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Research and
Development, to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Manage
resource allocation, including equipment and personnel, to meet
production targets and deadlines. Conduct regular team meetings and
provide reports to upper management on production status and
challenges. Implement and maintain strict quality control protocols
to adhere to industry compliance and safety regulations. Strong
leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and
organizational abilities. Proficient in data analysis and
performance metrics. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
and healthcare industry standards. Ability to work under pressure
and manage multiple priorities. Medical Insurance 401k Certified
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
