Don's is a family-owned business and manufactures over 130 products spanning across its three brands Don's Salads, Melanie's Medleys and Artisan Deli. Our Warehouse department is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join the team at our Schwenksville, PA food manufacturing plant. This is an hourly, non-exempt position that typically starts at 6AM from Monday-Friday (no weekends!) with flexible end times according to production needs. Candidates who are dedicated, consistent, and organized with a warehouse background in a manufacturing environment are strongly encouraged to apply. Forklift experience required. This position works in a refrigerated warehouse for the full 8 hour shift, temperature is about 34-36 degrees. Duties/ Responsibilities : Operate end of line machines, robotic palletizer, and troubleshoot issues. Maintain the production flow with minimal instances of stopping the conveyor. Pack finished products into boxes. Stack products on pallets. Move product to inventory locations and rotate stock. Pick customer orders with attention to expiration dates/item numbers of products to be picked. Assist other areas of the Warehouse as needed. Adhere to food safety standards are sanitation guidelines. Must have excellent attention to detail. Requirements: Forklift experience required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must pass an extensive pre-employment criminal background and a pre-employment drug test.
