Job Description Job Description Construction Defect Paralegal Paralegal Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to support our legal team in various aspects of litigation and commercial law. The ideal candidate will assist with case preparation, documentation, and ensuring that all processes are compliant with legal standards. Key Responsibilities - Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions. - Draft legal documents including briefs, motions, and pleadings. - Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and statutes. - Organize and maintain case files and legal documentation. - Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings. - Assist in the preparation of discovery materials and responses. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field. - Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably in litigation or commercial litigation. - Strong knowledge of legal terminology and principles. - Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
