This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner
Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market
strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the
business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed.
Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth
of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they

experienced and strategic-minded Field Activation Lead to join the
Applied AI Solutions GTM acceleration team and work closely with
senior leaders, to ensure that we are aligned and working as single
organization to achieve our strategic goals. This role will be
pivotal in driving the successful implementation of key strategic
initiatives and ensuring alignment with overall business
objectives, to achieve our vision as a single organization. This
function will Accelerate the Applied AI Solutions GTM strategy and
growth (as defined by our Operating Plan) through strategic
initiatives that transform our organizational capability and
operational excellence. This position requires a strong
understanding of the internal AWS field enablement and planning
processes, the ability to make important data-driven decisions, and
bias for action to implement strategies that enhance performance
with speed. This role partners with domain-specific activation
leads to harmonize GTM and technical enablement across Amazon
Connect, Agentic Workspaces, and emerging services, ensuring the
field can articulate the full portfolio value proposition to
customers and sell integrated solutions. You must be uncomfortable
with status quo, curious about new programs and initiatives
impacting our customers, partners, and employees, and possess the
ability to ask the right questions. This function needs to have a
bias for action, make informed decisions, demonstrating a proactive
approach to projects and tasks. You must be comfortable taking
risks and raising the bar for new ways of doing things. Strong
analytical, Think Big, Invent & Simplify skills are crucial for
success in this position. Key job responsibilities 1. Lead the
development and execution of comprehensive AAIS portfolio
enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with overall GTM objectives
and service team priorities 2. Design and implement scalable field
training programs, leveraging AI-powered tools and platforms to
maximize reach and effectiveness across AWS's global sales
organization 3. Own and optimize AWS enablement tools (including
Alchemy) for AAIS content management, ensuring high-quality,
accessible resources for field teams 4. Build and maintain
measurement frameworks to evaluate enablement effectiveness,
providing data-driven insights to optimize field performance and
program impact 5. Coordinate and execute strategic enablement
initiatives including roadshows, training events, and certification
programs across regions 6. Develop and maintain comprehensive sales
enablement content, ensuring consistency across the AAIS portfolio
while maximizing use of AI for scale 7. Create and manage feedback
loops between field teams, product development, and GTM leadership
to continuously improve enablement effectiveness 8. Drive
integration with existing AWS field scaling programs while
identifying opportunities for AAIS-specific enhancements 9. Partner
with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Training, Service teams) to
ensure aligned messaging and maximize resource utilization across

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
