and onco-dermatology. Job Summary: Sun Pharma is seeking a
strategic, hands-on Senior Manager within its Commercial IT group
based in Princeton, NJ, reporting to the Director, Commercial IT.
This is atechnology-focused role that bridges technical expertise
with business acumen and delivery excellence. Ideal for someone who
can communicate the value of CRM solutions, do basic
configurations, lead delivery, and drive user adoption across
Commercial teams. The Commercial IT group leads initiatives in Data
Management, Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Management
(CRM), and Sales Force Effectiveness for North America brands,
partnering with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and
Operations. We seek a candidate who combines strong stakeholder
engagement and communication skills, deep CRM technical expertise,
and a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial
landscape. Responsibilities: Serve as technical SME and owner of
the Commercial CRM platform Provide technical oversight for systems
including Veeva Vault PromoMats, Digital Asset Management, and
Campaign Management platforms Partner with business teams to
execute CRM strategy and ensure effective technology adoption
Configure and maintain IQVIA OCE CRM; ensure data quality and
monitor HCP record validation processes Enhance Approved Email and
Rep Triggered Email capabilities and strengthen integrations with
Veeva Vault Lead projects end-to-end, collaborating with offshore
development and operations teams Act as a trusted advisor to
Commercial leadership, communicating CRM’s strategic value, ROI,
and impact on customer engagement Combine strategic insight with
hands-on problem solving to optimize system performance and user
experience Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or
quantitative field • 5–7 years’ hands-on experience with
Salesforce, Veeva, or IQVIA OCE platforms (configuration,
integration, and enhancement) • 5 years leading technical delivery
for Sales & Marketing applications in pharma or life sciences •
Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Data
Warehousing, and SDLC • Experience applying AI, machine learning,
and analytics to enhance CRM capabilities • Salesforce or Veeva
Vault Admin certification preferred • Knowledge of compliance and
regulatory requirements within commercial pharma • Exceptional
communication and presentation skills — able to translate technical
concepts into business impact • Proven record of delivering
results, influencing without authority, and balancing strategy with
execution • PMP or Agile certification preferred The
presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position
is $115,500 to $141,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on
a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical
location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the
Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to

time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time. The
compensation and benefits described above are subject to the terms
