Web Content Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for managing and editing website content to ensure it
meets high-quality standards and aligns with business goals. The
candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop
and implement content strategies that improve user experience and
drive engagement.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage and edit the website content to ensure it meets
high-quality standards and aligns with business goals.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement
content strategies that improve user experience and drive
engagement.
+ Conduct regular content audits and analyze website metrics to
identify gaps in content and opportunities for improvement.
+ Optimize website content, including headlines, descriptions, meta
tags, and page titles to improve search engine ranking and drive
traffic.
+ Develop and implement A/B testing plans to optimize website
content and user experience.
+ Monitor user feedback and engagement metrics to measure the
effectiveness of content and make adjustments as necessary.
+ Prepare and present reports on website performance and content
effectiveness to senior management.
+ Assist with the project management implementation and ongoing
maintenance and support of St. Lukes Internet, Intranet, and
ancillary web sites. Develop and place web content
+ Other standard responsibilities as assigned.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY DEMANDS:
Sitting for up to 7 hours-per-day, 4 hours at-a-time; standing for
up to 7 hours-per-day, 4 hours at-a-time; walking for up to 2
hours-a-day, 1 hour at-a-time. Requires crouching, kneeling, and
lifting of objects weighing up to 40 pounds, pushing objects
weighing up to 80 pounds. Requires hand and finger dexterity to use
computer equipment. Seeing as it relates to general, near, color
and peripheral vision. Hearing as it relates to normal and
telephone conversations.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or other related field required
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of extensive experience working with any
major WebCMS (Web Content Management System(s)) like Adobe AEM,
Acquia or Sitecore as a Web/SEO content editor is a must .
Experience with Sitecore is preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research.
+ Familiarity with web design principles and user experience best
practices.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced environment.
