service-oriented and collaborative problem solver to work on our
Technical Support team. This position will be specifically focused
on providing exceptional service to our residential and commercial
customers.What you're going to do:
- Interact with current and future customers as the one-stop
solution on product education, selection and compatibility
- Leverage your problem solving and communication skills to
understand our customers' needs, troubleshoot any issues and
propose the best solution
- Work through the organization as the voice of the customer to
provide product feedback and grow your network
- Utilize your creative and "outside of the box" thinking skills
to propose solutions to the challenges of our business What's your
