Location: Brooklyn, NY Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Compensation: $295K–$350K Overview: The Chief Nurse Officer (CNO)
provides executive leadership for all nursing services, ensuring
the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care aligned
with the organization’s mission, values, and strategic goals. Key
Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Directs all nursing
operations and implements system-wide nursing strategies that drive
patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, staff engagement, and
financial performance. Clinical Excellence: Develops and monitors
performance improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards
of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance. Evidence-Based
Practice: Promotes research-driven, evidence-based nursing
standards and fosters a culture of collaboration, learning, and
continuous improvement. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partners
with executive leadership, medical staff, and department heads to
design and execute integrated clinical strategies and operational
goals. Qualifications: Valid NYS RN license (or eligibility for
licensure) Master’s degree in Nursing Administration or related
field Minimum 8 years of progressive nursing experience, including
