Job Description:

Stroudsmoor Country Inn is seeking a part-time or full-time highly skilled hospitality recruiter to join our Human Resources Department. This position is an on-site position to include both weekend days. Days off may be flexible weekdays. Summary Posts job openings, attends job fairs and finds creative ways to build a talent pool. Schedules interviews, compiles interview feedback, tracks recruitment activity and creates staffing reports as needed. Partners with background check vendor, files and tracks all new hire paperwork documents and onboards employees. Responsibilities Communicates with Managers for staffing needs. Posts Job Openings. Prescreens candidates. Schedules and coordinates candidate interviews. Maintains interview schedule and compile results. Interviews for hourly positions. Greets all incoming applicants and escorts them to interview where applicable. Sends preemployment paper and transition completed paperwork to the HR Manager. Updates applicant database as needed. Completes offer approval template and sends offer letter and Associate Handbook to candidates. Completes the onboarding process. Tracks, coordinates and organizes Job Boards. Complies and follows all procedures within the company security policy. Orders, maintains and assigns uniforms when applicable. Orders and maintains First Aid stations on the property. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements 5 or more years of recruiting experience. 3 or more years of hospitality experience. Education Requirement High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to sit and/or remain stationary for extended periods of time. Individual will be required to type and/or operate a computer and other office productivity machinery for extended periods of time. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and/or extensive reading. The person in this position will need to walk or otherwise traverse, stand, exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects, bend, reach, kneel, and/or twist for minimal periods of time.
