all HR Systems that support employees in North America. Develop a
strategic plan and oversee the design and system implementation.
Ensures all systems are compliant with all regulations. Manages all
vendor relationships. Directs the day-to-day work of the team.
Responsibilities: Essential DutiesEnhance the HR Technology
strategy and roadmap to optimize the use of digital technology
leading to overall improvement of the employee experienceMaximize
the use of current HR Technology Platform - ADP, iCIMS,
Cornerstone, Internal applications, and integrations to deliver
solution to business problemsImprove agility of the HR function
through process & technology simplification transformations,
automation, and adoption of best practices in the HR domainProvide
domain expertise on core HR processes with respect to technology
capabilities of the existing Technology Platform and bringing in
new technologies as needed to meet business demandsExperience in
driving systems / architectural changes as a part of technology
transformation initiativesPartner with Business and Technology
stakeholders to ensure seamless operations of processes Ensures
technology supports day to day HR processes, data integrity and all
reporting.Develops and implements policies, standards, and
procedures for all HR systems.Manages HR Systems budget and
negotiates contracts.Manages all projects, making detailed plans to
accomplish goals and directing all system work.Directs the
configuration, testing and implementation of HR System upgrades or
patches Provides day to day management and development of
team.Oversees development of user procedures, guidelines, and
documentation.Provides on-going refresher training to HR
team.Preferred:15+ years hands on experience supporting core HR
processes including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent
Management, Compensation and Benefits, HR operationsThe job

results. QualificationsExpertise: Qualifications
-Education/Experience/Training/Etc Bachelor's degree required,
Master's degree preferred.10-15 years related experience,minimum of
5 years management experience required leading both direct and
matrixed staff.Applicable industry/professional certification
preferred.Occasional business travel required, Ability to work
non-standard schedule as neededContacts are primarily with
department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Frequent
contact with external contractors/vendors. The preceding functions
