Trans-Bridge Lines in Bethlehem, PA will have an opening for a
Human Resources Manager in late August. We are looking for someone
to join our Management Committee who has at least 10 years of
experience, including several in the transportation industry. The
ideal candidate will have union contract administration. Primary
responsibilities will be: Negotiating contract with Union.
Attending grievance and disciplinary hearings, occasionally
corresponding with outside Legal Counsel. Determining best
recruiting strategies Benefits Management and communication for
health, welfare, ACA compliance, wellness, annual open enrollment,
EAP, government reporting and 401(k). Heavy interaction with
brokers. Filing Unemployment claims and attending Unemployment
hearings Performance reviews/Salary administration Workers
Compensation claim investigation DER for D.O.T. Drug Testing HR/
Payroll system Background checks EEO and OSHA reporting Must live
close to Lehigh Valley, PA. Please list compensation requirement.
