Job Description This is hybrid position: Standard Shift hours:
10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. 4 days a week remote and 1 day in office day
(Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday); once selected, it is a set
schedule Must have excellent internet available at home for remote
training and work Must have quiet, dedicated workspace away from
any distractions for both training and work This is a long-term
temporary role with the possibility of becoming permanent. Hourly
rate is $19 per hour based on skills, experience, and education
Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a great
opportunity in the Pipersville, PA area. The ideal candidate will
possess at least 1 years of prior Customer Service Call Center
experience (Phone work). Shift Hours noted above; (Monday -
Friday). There will be opportunities for this long-term temporary
role to become permanent for the right individuals. The temporary
role will last 6-9 months. Responsibilities of the Customer Service
Representative Enter phone orders quickly and accurately. Check
customer allowance balances and verify the information is correct.
Troubleshoot problems and escalate to the Customer Service Manager.
Handle catalog requests and send to the appropriate person. Process
Rush and Same Day order requests. Answer inquiries regarding
delivery dates, back ordered items and track customer shipments if
necessary. Assist customers in selecting appropriate merchandise.
Transfer calls to appropriate department as required. Clearly
communicate issues that cannot be resolved to Customer Service
Manager. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative High school
diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of prior Customer
Service Call Center experience (Phone work) Must be detail oriented
Excellent verbal & written communication skills Solid computer
knowledge, some typing skills and ability to enter orders while on
the telephone Ability to multitask and handle many different
requests at once Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
handle a large volume of phone calls daily Effectively handle upset
customers and stressful situations Experience with web chat
services is a plus for this position Compensation for the Customer
Service Representative Salary: up to $19 an hour
