Required Skills: - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - Valid Maryland medical license - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred - Proficiency in MAC, Regional, Spinal, and Ultrasound techniques - ACLS and PALS certification - Ability to work flexible shifts including 5x10-hour days and on-call responsibilities from 3 p.m. to 7 a.m. during weekdays - Strong communication and patient management skills - Experience operating within an EMR system (Epic preferred) Nice to Have Skills: - Experience in vascular, OB/GYN, general, GI, pediatrics, plastics, orthopedics, robotics, and urology procedures - Ability to adapt to varying patient demographics and complex cases - Prior experience with hospital-based anesthesia in diverse specialties Preferred Education and Experience: - MD or DO degree from an accredited institution - Active state medical license - At least 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital setting Other Requirements: - Willingness to take on call shifts as required - Credentialing completion within 90 days; expedited credentialing possible with a clean application - Travel and licensure-related reimbursements when applicable Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly pay rate of $369.53 - Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit - Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) - Robust referral bonus program - Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws - Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements - Ongoing support from a dedicated 24/7 team committed to your success This is an outstanding opportunity to leverage your anesthesia expertise in a supportive, professional environment.
