traveling Physical Therapist team in Carlisle, PA at a skilled
nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries
and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new

details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral
degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by
the APTA. Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required
to start the assignment. Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
certification from the American Heart Association or American Red
Cross is required. Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience
in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or post-acute
rehabilitation setting preferred. Experience with restorative
nursing programs, fall prevention protocols, and skilled
documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to
perform common skilled PT interventions including therapeutic
exercise, gait training, transfer training, and use of adaptive
equipment. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary
teams including nursing, OT, SLP, and case management. Client
requires clinicians who can manage caseloads in a skilled nursing
setting and provide skilled treatment and thorough documentation.
Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift
Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Typical schedule: 5
shifts per week, 8-hour shifts (0830–1630). Assignment Length: 13
