Nurse Practitioner | Psychiatry - General/Other Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative behavioral health team in a hybrid capacity in Bala Cynwyd, PA. This role is designed for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care while maintaining flexibility through a blend of in-person and telehealth services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working during peak “after school hours” and committed to providing accessible, patient-centered care to children, adolescents, and young adults. Schedule & Work Model: Minimum of 12 hours per week required Availability during peak hours: after 4:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or anytime on weekends Onsite at least 2 days per week (choose from: Mon & Thurs, Tues & Fri, or Weds & Sat) Remaining hours may be completed remotely Compensation & Benefits: $135,000 - $145,000 Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) with company match Employer-paid life insurance Generous paid time off Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization Requirements: Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure Strong technical proficiency with EHR systems and virtual care platforms You will be part of a high-performing, compassionate team that values clinical excellence, continuous learning, and meaningful patient impact.
