Location: New York, NY (Manhattan and Brooklyn) Position Type: Faculty Position Description: NYU Langone Health, a world-class, patient-centered, integrated academic medical center, is one of the nation’s premier institutions for excellence in clinical care, biomedical research, and medical education. The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Langone Health is seeking Academic Generalist Obstetrician-Gynecologists to join our thriving Faculty Group Practice at our Manhattan and Brooklyn Campuses. Our practices provide full-scope OB/GYN services and serve a diverse patient population, caring for both low- and high-risk pregnancies. We are high-volume services seeing both obstetrics and gynecology patients. Our physicians work collaboratively with our robust Faculty Group Practice midwives in both the office and on Labor & Delivery. We are also an interdisciplinary practice with maternal-fetal medicine, ultrasound, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, primary care, radiology, and other women’s health services. Our team values collaboration, enthusiasm, integrity, transparency, and communication. There is a strong focus on the education of our medical students and residents, and our team works closely with our trainees. We provide high-quality, evidence-based care while fostering innovation in research and education. There are many opportunities for faculty to become involved in quality improvement projects, clinical research, and leadership opportunities. We are seeking an individual who can effectively communicate, who is passionate about general obstetrics and gynecology, and who enjoys working in a large group setting. Salary: $275,000 or $325,000 The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors. Qualifications: Candidates must be Board-certified or Board-eligible and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care as well as trainee education. Applicants should have successfully completed a U.S. Accredited OB/GYN Residency training program and have a New York State Medical license.
