Job Description OB/GYN Hospitalist Job – Maplewood, New JerseyPosition Type: - Permanent (Full-time or Part-time) Work Schedule: - Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM - One late night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) - Call Schedule: 1 in 4 Start Date: - ASAP Facility Type: - Private Practice Clinical Setting: - Inpatient & Outpatient Licenses & Certifications Required - New Jersey State Medical License (willing to wait for license) - CDS License - DEA License - Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (new grads accepted) - Visa Sponsorship: Not available for J1 or H1 candidates - Other Certifications: None Clinical Responsibilities - OB/GYN office visits - OB/GYN surgeries (laparoscopy, cesarean sections, vaginal deliveries) - Labor patient care - Midwife coverage for own patients Support Staff - Medical Assistants - Administrative staff Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $280,000 – $350,000 (dependent on experience) - Bonus: Productivity-based incentives - Benefits: - Health & Dental Insurance - 401(k) match after 1 year - Malpractice coverage RecruitWell's Core Values: - Open communication - Sense of urgency - Teamwork - Accountability - Driven to win - Higher consciousness
