Job Description:
Jersey Shore Post Acute, a leader in specialized post-acute care
and rehabilitation, seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant
(CNA) to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing top-tier
personalized healthcare to our patients by assisting them in their
daily activities and ensuring their treatment plans are effectively
executed. As part of our team, you will work in a dynamic
environment where your efforts directly contribute to the health
and well-being of our patients. Your role will involve close
collaboration with a team of talented healthcare professionals to
deliver compassionate and comprehensive care tailored to the
specific needs of our patients. Assist patients with daily living
activities, including dressing, bathing, and mealtime. Work
collaboratively with nurses to implement and monitor individual
patient care plans. Measure and record patients' vital signs like
temperature, pulse, and respiration. Report any changes in a
patient's condition to the nursing staff. Ensure patient comfort
and safety at all times. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of
patient areas. Participate in therapeutic activities designed by
therapists. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability
to follow rigorous safety and health protocols. High level of
physical stamina and strength. Proficiency in maintaining accurate
patient records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
CPR certified preferred.
