As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. Required Qualifications: - Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of Pennsylvania - 2 years licensed experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families and/or groups Preferred Qualifications: - Experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting - Experience with health psychology - Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) - Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions - Proven ability to work with a wide range of clinical presentations - Proven ability to complete diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and provide direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care. Growing together. $32.00 hourly rate $97,300 to $146,100 annual total cash based on productivity Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full time employment and generally follows the range above, includes earnings from hourly pay and incentive pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
