Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. A part-time Occupational Therapist position is available to support school-age students within a specialized low incidence population. This contract role involves providing skilled therapeutic services two days per week at an elementary school setting in West Chester, PA. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to the unique needs of school-aged children. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches accordingly. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development for the low incidence population. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience working in school settings. Proven ability to work effectively with children who have diverse educational needs. Strong communication skills to foster collaboration with staff and families. Familiarity with school-age developmental milestones and related therapies. Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness. Location: West Chester, PA, with assignments at the Marple Educational Center in Broomall. Schedule: Part-time, two days per week on a school-year contract basis.
