do as an RN Supervisor? Monitor quality clinical practice and
resident care service Demonstrate financial accountability Maintain
and direct staff to accomplish staff job results Maintain a safe

Demonstrate professional development What is required in this
position? Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (RN:
Registered Nurse). Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State
Board of Nursing CPR certification Minimum of 2 years experience in
long-term care or rehabilitation nursing Prefer previous management
