seeking a Full-Time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join a
physician-led travel OB/GYN program based in West Chester, PA. This
unique opportunity combines locums-style compensation and
flexibility with the stability of full-time employment and

this role provide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care for
unassigned patients and respond to OB/GYN emergencies across
assigned hospitals within Pennsylvania, ensuring patient safety and
continuity of care. This position is ideal for physicians who are

advancing women’s health. Position Highlights: Travel-based OB/GYN
role within Pennsylvania Minimum of five (7-9) 24-hour shifts per
month at assigned hospitals Approximately 21 days off per month
Flexible scheduling with advance notice Rates comparable to locums
with travel expenses fully covered Supportive, physician-led model

Annual compensation: $300,000 – $340,000 Flexible scheduling with
