Location: York, PA Assignment: 13 Weeks | Day 3x12-Hour Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Pay Package Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid $929.60 Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) $1,368.00 Weekly Overtime Pay (Taxable) $0.00 Weekly Gross $2,297.60 Job Description : Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. *Manager will interview MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years Level I Trauma exp required Previous travel exp required CALL REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 calls within a 6 week matrix (30-MINUTE RESPONSE REQUIRED) RTO: MAX 7 days WEEKENDS: 3-4 weekend shifts within a 6 week matrix (WEEKENDS CAN BE DAYS, EVENINGS or NIGHTS) HOLIDAYS: as needed; may be day, evening, or night shift FLOATING: as needed Prefer that RNs scrub and circulate Must be proficient (function independently with no need for “refresher training”) with the Davinci xi robot and bonus points if they are also familiar with the DV5 Davinci robot Must be proficient with robotic general, gyn, thoracic, and urology specialties The Davinci xi and DV5 are the only robots we have. Other robotic experience (ortho/neuro robots) is not helpful to us. Level I trauma experience preferred, must have at least level II (> 1 year experience) Must be able to function independently in all the following specialties Robotics Orthopedics General GYN Urology Bariatrics ENT Plastics Vascular Thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart) Trauma ADDITIONAL INFO: Could care for COVID patients.
