neonatal intensive care unit, delivering critical support during
these early, vital stages of life. This role offers a unique

infants and their families. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and
assess newborns health status, including vital signs and response
to treatments - Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments
as prescribed with accuracy and care - Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care
plans - Educate and support families on newborn care and
developmental milestones - Maintain detailed and precise patient
records in compliance with healthcare standards Desired Experience
and Qualifications: - Active Registered Nursing (RN) license with
NICU specialization - Proven experience working in a Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit or similar pediatric setting - Strong knowledge
of neonatal care protocols and emergency response procedures -
Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
and families - Compassionate approach with excellent critical
