Job Description:
Seeking a full-time Home Health Physical Therapist in
Fayetteville, AR with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Must hold an active Arkansas PT license or be registered in
Arkansas.
Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include visiting patients in their homes or
assisted living facilities, developing personalized care plans,
recording progress, and completing assessments.
