  • Minimum 7 years of nursing experience , including at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role .
  • Master's Degree in Nursing Administration or a related field required.
  • Demonstrated success in staff development, quality assurance, and operational improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Active and unencumbered RN license (State of New York).
