The ideal candidate will have experience in physical therapy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate recordsRequirements:
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of GA
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
