Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus - 2nd shift

Up to $5,000 Sign-on Bonus - 1st and 3rd shifts

We're hiring Full/Part-Time and Per Diem Certified Nurse Assistants to join Phoebe Ministries at our Richlandtown Campus 5 minutes from Quakertown.

General Responsibilities

Provides individualized care to residents according to the resident's care plan including feeding, oral care, bathing, dressing, compression stockings, catheter care, ostomy care, splint/brace care, and taking vital signs assigned by charge nurse. Encourages participation in restorative programs and follows behavior plans.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Current CNA Certification for the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility and pursuit of certification
Three (3) month prior experience in long-term care preferred.
