Join our team of exceptional clinicians!H2 Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work at H2 Health Lehigh Valley, an Assistant Living Facility located in Nazareth, PA. This position will also cover our Bath, Bethlehem, Kunkletown, Allentown, and Freemansburg locations when needed it.This position will treat and evaluate primarily orthopedic caseloads with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs.Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome!"Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in an Assistant Living Facility with the geriatric population
