Development, New Perspectives program is OPEN and hiring for a
Full-Time Registered Nurse Flexible Friday and Saturday hours.
Resources for Human Development is seeking a mission-driven
individual to join our program located in the Stroudsburg area. The
Registered Nurse with an interest in and understanding of
individuals with serious mental challenges. Advantages of Working

Responsibilities/Duties Act as part of a multidisciplinary team
designed to provide services from a holistic and value-based
perspective. Manage the ordering/delivery/storage/ administration
of medications for the persons served in accordance with the
specific program/service. Participate in On-Call rotations and
complete responsibilities as needed Provide education to both
persons served and staff regarding common health concerns. Provide
training to staff as required/requested in order to best meet the
needs of persons served. Assess and respond to new/potential/
ongoing health issues in persons served. Complete documentation as
required by RHD, funder/licensing/ accreditation bodies Required
Experience At least two years of nursing experience, of which six
months have been a psychiatric nursing experience. Required
Education A graduate of a school of professional Nursing (AD,
hospital, or BSN); BSN preferred. Required Qualifications Current
license to practice in Pennsylvania Valid Driver's License Program
Summary New Perspectives Telephone and Mobile Crisis Intervention
Services provide assessment, crisis intervention counseling, crisis
stabilization, referral and linkage with other services, and
assessment of the need for emergency hospitalization at consumers'
homes or at other community locations. The Medical Mobile Crisis
Intervention Service provides a registered nurse and a mental
health professional who, in collaboration with a licensed
psychiatrist, assess crises related to consumers' psychiatric
medication. Resources for Human Development, is an equal
