As a Director of Rehabilitation, youll bring our mission to life in your facility, leading a team of passionate clinicians and shaping a culture rooted in patient-first care and therapist empowerment.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and performance of the rehab departmentProvide direct patient care within your licensed discipline (PT, OTR, SLP, PTA, or COTA)Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulationsFoster team development, staff engagement, and a culture of excellenceCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility leadershipEnsure timely documentation and outcomes-based treatment plansChampion AdvantageCares values of integrity, empathy, collaboration, and patient-centered careYou are:A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative, patient-first culturePassionate about developing people and helping your team shineEnergized by autonomy, clinical creativity, and real-time decision-makingDriven by purpose, and ready to bring out the best in othersQualifications:Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology or graduation from an accredited PTA or COTA programCurrent licensure in the state of practiceSolid understanding of Medicare regulations, documentation standards, and ethical carePrior experience in SNF, LTC, or post-acute care requiredExcellent communication, time management, and leadership skillsWhy AdvantageCare?We know what its like to be a therapistbecause we are therapists.
