This role is crucial in driving top-line revenue by expanding current accounts and securing new business. The company specializes in the Consumer Electronics market and connected hardware, aiming to scale its B2B operations through retailers, digital marketplaces, affiliate marketing, and product partnerships. The Director of Business Development will be instrumental in scaling the B2B business and shaping the business model. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to build and lead their own team as the company continues to grow.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic initiatives to grow the B2B segment and drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate and close new B2B deals.
• Expand retail presence in the United States, including partnerships with major retailers.
• Amplify digital marketplace channels to enhance sales.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, measuring and analyzing strategy effectiveness.Key Requirements:
• Proven track record working with and winning new business with big box retailers.
• Experience selling consumer technology products.
• Extensive experience in business development, sales, or similar B2B roles.
• Proven success in leading strategic business initiatives and closing high-value deals.
• Extensive knowledge of the US retail market and key players.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel and proficiency in CRM software.
