Manager is responsible for planning and oversight of marketing and
tradeshowevents, and special projects. This position works directly
with internal departments to developand execute a clearly defined
strategy that supports the business plan. This position
isresponsible for managing project timelines and workflows and
supporting marketing efforts forthe Association.Skills:BA or BS in
one of the following fields: Business, Communication, Project
Management,Training & Development, or other related discipline.?
2-3 years experience in project or account management.? Ability to
manage multiple priorities and demanding timelines.? Strong project
management skills with ability to analyze problems, identify
solutions andmake recommendations in support of goals in a
professional and timely manner.? Ability to understand, apply and
use laptop computers and software applicationsincluding advanced
skills in Google sheets, Keynote, Power Point, Excel,
Outlook,Office 365, and Word (Required).? Experience with the Asana
platform is preferred.What you will do:Manage/direct the creation
and oversight of project timelines and goals, as needed.?
Supervision of overall project execution internally, including
process oversight, qualitychecks, reviews, support and/or lead
reviews and meetings.? Coordinate and manage project tasks and
deliverables.? Track project costs in order to meet budget, as
needed.? Provide project updates to various stakeholders about
strategy, adjustments, andprogress.? Measure project performance to
identify areas for improvement.? Work with members of the Brand,
Marketing and Events teams to support production /scheduling /
organization of programming for events, conferences and special
projects.? Travel, attend and participate in off-site meetings,
