operational oversight and coordination of service line areas they
are responsible for. Develops long and short-term strategies to
ensure seamless operations on a daily basis with an eye towards
innovative and efficient processing to support operations. The

Community Health Centers, Inc., affiliated with St. Luke's
University Health Network, is an organization comprised of
community-based clinics and sites providing healthcare services to
our local populations. New hire(s) will be recruited and hired via
St. Luke's University Health Network, but will transition to become
a Star Community Health Centers, Inc. employee following the
commencement of new hire onboarding.SCOPE OF DUTIES1. - - -Directs
daily operations of the Star Community Health, Inc. assigned
Service Lines. -2. - - -Responsible for processes related to
tactical and strategic planning of the areas assigned3. - -
-Participates in development of strategic planning, marketing and
community events within service line areas4. - - -Collaborates with
the Project Manager in coordinating multidisciplinary project
teams, oversees practice administrators and is responsible for
monitoring of progress for related implementations and initiatives.
-5. - - -Participates in capital and operating budget process,
developing requirements for responsible areas, is responsible for
development and oversight of the budget for all practice sites and
all responsible areas. -6. - - -Responsible to maintain expenses
within the approved budgets and oversees payment of invoices for
all related projects and regular operating expenses. -7. - -
-Supervises the Practice Managers and Directors of assigned areas
-8. - - -Develops manager/supervisors to make day-to-day decisions
in their area of responsibility and develops recommendations for
improvements in their operational areas. -9. - - -Participates
and/or lead various organization meetings and strategic groups
functioning as an integral part of the organization's leadership
team. -10. - - -Collaboratively works with partners in Business
Services and the Finance Team to ensure Financial Performance
Metrics Performance Management Goals are met, including corporate
initiatives including Leadership Evaluation Management (LEM), Value
Based Incentives (VBI), Manager-at-Risk Program (MARP),
Payment-at-Risk Compensation (PARC).11. - - -Guides practice level
leadership through the development of established agreements for
daily operations, application and performance. -12. - - -Develops
strategies within departments to ensure strong communication with
staff13. - - -Maintains current knowledge of healthcare environment
by attending appropriate continuing education seminars, user
groups, and reading related periodicals. -14. - - -Maintains strict
confidentiality with regard to all aspects of operation in assigned
areas15. - - -Complies with corporate policies regarding safety,
attendance, and dress code. -16. - - -Demonstrates/models the
corporation's core values and customer service behaviors in
interactions with all customers (internal and external). -17. - -
-Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the
corporation as well as the proper release of information. -18. - -
-Complies with entity and departmental policies regarding issues of
employee, patient and environmental safety and follows appropriate
reporting requirements. -19. - - -Demonstrates/models the
corporation's Standards of Performance in interactions with all
customers (internal and external). -20. - - -Collaborates with the
Director of Quality to make meaningful changes and support
Performance Improvement in the following areas as appropriate:
Clinical Care/Outcomes, Customer/Service Improvement, Operational
System/Process, and Safety. -21. - - -Demonstrates financial
responsibility and accountability through the effective and
efficient use of resources in daily procedures, processes and
practices. -22. - - -Performs additional duties dependent on
department requirements.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES:1. - -
-Strong Customer Service Orientation and ability to follow through
on issue resolution.2. - - -Resource person for staff physicians,
and administration on capabilities/opportunities and operational
processes. -COMMUNICATIONS: -Senior management, physicians, and
middle management. -EDUCATION: - - -Bachelor's Business
Administration, or Healthcare Administration, helpful or 5+ years'
equivalent experience in Healthcare Operations environment,
