Description Associate Director, Immunology Omnichannel MarketingThe
successful candidate will be responsible for driving key marketing
efforts for the largest brand (Acthar) at Mallinckrodt. As a key
member of the HCP marketing channel team, they will be responsible
for leveraging key insights, leading, and executing HCP digital
strategy, partnering with key cross functional team members to
identify new data sets/claims that will allow us to continually
evolve the One Brand One Acthar Gel Campaign. This position spans
across numerous therapeutic areas Nephrology, Neurology,
Ophthalmology, Rheumatology, and PulmonologyEssential Functions
- Evolve Acthar Gel omnichannel strategy to improve the HCP
experience with Acthar Gel
- Lead key HCP digital marketing activities such as HCP website,
Search Engine marketing strategy and other digital awareness
tactics to better communicate to our providers at different touch
points in the patient journey
- Advance our key lead/ lag metrics to increase customer
engagement and improve ROI on our digital investments
- Partner with patient marketing and PSR team to develop key HCPs
tactics to help patients better adhere to their medication
- Work with key opinion leaders to develop new digital resources
that span across numerous therapeutic areas
- Evolve our KOL strategy through effective KOL mapping process
and partnering with Marketing Development Managers to maximize
impact.
- Effectively Partners with Health outcomes and Clinical teams to
identify new key data sets, developing new claims, gain prc
approval that can effectively incorporate in HCP digital
campaign
- Drive key National and Regional Congress activities, such as
product theaters, to drive differentiation
- Manage agencies and vendors through the PRC process and partner
across the organization (sales, market access, commercial
operations, medical affairs, and advocacy, legal, regulatory,
compliance) to ensure execution against objectives.
- Drive key marketing efforts for core activities including
positioning messaging, and differentiation.
- Gain new insights to develop innovative marketing programs and
initiatives targeted to influential HCPs and other care
providers.,
- Develop the sales force pull through strategy and launch and
train new digital resources
- Lead development and execution of tactical plan for HCP
Marketing
- Supports and leads in the development of the Segmentation for
the one brand One Acthar to maximize resource allocation
- Ensures 100% compliance with GPPs and establishes appropriate
metrics to measure success. Ensures quarterly budget management
within pre-specified variations. Track and monitor key performance
indicators.Minimum RequirementsEducation / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelors Degree required
- MBA preferred
- 5 plus years of commercial experience, with experience in
pharmaceutical product sales and marketingPreferred
Skills/Qualifications:
- Current understanding of US healthcare market dynamics,
especially regarding access (pricing topics and promotional
restrictions) preferred
- Proven accomplishment of contributing to a high performing
team
- Demonstrated leadership of complex and cross-functional
projects
- Skilled at leading HCP marketing activities
- Experienced in strategic analysis of insights and translation
into strategy
- Understanding of traditional and non-traditional marketing
channels
- Experience in rare disease / medical/surgical promotion /
specialty pharmaceutical and/or device promotionOther
